Delete your Eatolist account
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app. Nobody has to approve it.
Delete from the app
- Open Eatolist and go to the Me tab
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right
- Scroll down to Delete account permanently
- Confirm — the account enters a 30-day grace period. Signing in during that time cancels the request.
Some things have to be settled first
If any of these are still open, the app won't delete the account yet and will tell you what's in the way — deleting an account while money is still outstanding would leave no way to trace it back to you:
- You still own a shop — transfer it to someone else or close it first
- You still have ad credits — use them up first (credits can't be cashed out)
- You have earnings you haven't withdrawn, or a withdrawal still in progress — finish withdrawing first
Unused bookings don't block deletion, but the app warns you first — the booking is lost and the booking fee isn't refunded.
If you've already removed the app, or can't sign in
Send a request to the contact below. Tell us how you signed in (LINE, Google or Apple) and your username. We verify who you are before acting, and reply within 30 days as the law requires.

What gets deleted
Once the grace period ends, we delete everything that identifies you:
- Your phone number, display name, username, profile photo and bio
- Your food preferences, viewing history, likes, saves and follows
- Ratings and reviews you wrote
- Push notification tokens for every device
- Every clip and photo you uploaded, both in the database and in file storage
What we keep, and why
- Bookings, amounts and payment slips — these are accounting records that Thailand's Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000) requires us to keep for at least 5 years. We cut the link between them and you, so they can no longer identify you.
- The outline of comments that others replied to — the text is deleted, but the outline stays so other people's conversations don't break. Others see "comment deleted".
Want a copy of your data first?
You can request a file of your data from Settings in the app before you delete the account — once it's deleted, we can't recover it for you.
Full details are in the Privacy Policy, sections 5 and 6.
